SEHRC Wellness – Hair Strong Refund Policy

At SEHRC Wellness, we are committed to your satisfaction with our “Hair Strong” product. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we aim to make the return and refund process as clear and convenient as possible. Please read our Refund Policy carefully.

1. Returns for Refund (Unopened and Seal-Packed):

We offer a 7-day return period from the date of delivery for a refund, provided the product is returned in its original, unopened, and seal-packed condition. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at +917668601394 within 7 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product. Please ensure that the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Upon receiving the returned product and verifying that it is in its original, unopened, and seal-packed condition, we will process your refund. Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund amount. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

The refund will be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase and may take 15 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

2. Order Cancellation:

You may cancel your order for a full 100% refund, including any shipping charges, provided that your order has not yet been shipped. To cancel your order, please contact our customer support team immediately at +917668601394 with your order number.

If your cancellation request is received after your order has been shipped, it will be considered a return and will be subject to the terms outlined in the “Returns for Refund” section above.

3. Damaged or Defective Products:

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving your order, along with photographic evidence of the damage or defect. We will assess the issue and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping charges.

4. Non-Refundable Items:

Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for products that have been opened or used, unless the product is deemed damaged or defective upon arrival.
